The file contains the verdicts of Leon Siematowski (born on 26 August 1917 in Benefeld), Josef Kaminski and Marianne Rzeszotarski. The defendant Leon Siematowski was accused of illegal slaughter and therefore slaughter tax evasion. He slaughtered several pigs and secretly sold them off. The defendants Kaminski and Rzeszotarski were accused of aiding and abetting slaughter tax evasion, as they bought meat from Siematowski. All three defendants were found guilty in 1942. Leon Siematowski was sentenced to death. Rzeszotarski was sentenced to two years of penitentiary. Kaminski was sentenced to one year of penitentiary.
