The file contains the verdict of Paul Ručka (born on 24 June 1897 in Unter-Betschwa), a former miner living in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The defendant was caught poaching by a ranger in June 1942. He allegedly pointed his gun at the ranger and escaped. However, Ručka was later found by the police. In the course of the investigation several guns illegally owned by the defendant were found. Ručka was found guilty of threathening a ranger and of illegal weapon possession. The defendant was sentenced to death in 1943.
