The file contains the verdict of Wenzel Rusy (born on 21 July 1911 in Pilsen), a 33 year old man from Pilsen. In 1939 he joined an illegal Czech resistance organisation. As part of the anti-Nazi movement he worked as a courier until his arrest in 1942. Furthermore, Rusy was accused of illegal weapon possession and of having repeatedly listened to foreign radio broadcasts. Rusy was found guilty and sentenced to death in 1944.
