Scope and Content

The file contains several documents conerning the inventory of stock of the state of Saxony (Königreich Sachsen), regarding potatoes and meat, for example beef, pigs and goats. Furthermore Bezugsscheine (ration cards) for special request can be seen, the people requested a jacket, a suit and a blouse for girls. Also Anteilsscheine for the Kriegsanleihe (share certificate for war bonds) worth 10 Mark are attached. With the release of these share certificate war bonds are bought and sold again after the peace is concluded. The holder then receives a savings book with the value of the share certificate and the interest.
