The file contains the verdict of Anton Plechatý (born on 30 November 1896 in Bruck), a farmer from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. He was accused of hiding his products from the authorities. In fact he did not deliver 2055 kg of bread grain, 246 kg of barley and 559 kg of oat. They were found during a search of his property in December 1942. Furthermore, he was accused of intending to sell his produce on the black market. The defendant was found guilty of hiding grain as a saboteur. Plechatý was sentenced to death in 1943.
