The file contains the verdicts of Ladislaus Pohanka (born on 19 February 1911 in Vinor), Josef Mašek (born on 17 March 1899 in Vraby) and Georgine Pohanka (born on 4 July 1912 in Radonitz). All of the defendants are from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Ladislaus Pohanka was accused of illicit slaughter of at least 160 pigs, 20 cows, and 6 calves. Furthermore, he had been convicted of illicit slaughter before and had therefore received a prison sentence. Pohanka was found guilty of continuous slaughter tax evasion and sentenced to death in 1944. Georgine Pohanka illegally sold meat from the illicit slaughters done by her husband. She was found guilty of assisting her husband with his crime and sentenced to two years of penitentiary. The defendant Mašek was found guilty of continuous slaughter tax evasion and sentenced to a fine of 300 RM and a value replacement of 1000 RM.
