Stanislaw and Bonifacius Potorski, father and son, were accused of having slaughtered 20 pigs and one cow without permission. They failed to report the slaughter and pay the taxes. They were also accused of using the shortage of meat to demand higher prices for their products. Both men were sentenced to death and executed in October 1942. The defendants Grodek and Olszewski each sold a pig to Bonifacius Potorski in 1941. The defendants knew that Potorski would slaughter the pigs illegally. The defendants were found guilty of abetting slaughter tax evasion. They were both sentenced to one year of penitentiary and a fine of 200 RM.
