Scope and Content

The file contains the verdict of Oskar Piňos (born on 6 July 1913 in Drahan) and Vladimir Piňos (born on 12 December 1914 in Drahan), two men from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Oskar Piňos owned several weapons illegally, some of which he stole. His brother Vladimir Piňos was aware of Oskar's weapons and helped him by hiding a box full of weapons. The defendants were both found guilty of illegal weapon and munition possession in 1942. Oskar Piňos was sentenced to death. Vladimir Piňos was sentenced to six years of penitentiary.
