Scope and Content

The file contains the verdict of Thaddäus Johann Patyk (born on 4 November 1922 in Lipa), a man from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The defendant was accused of having committed theft and burglary in several instances. Patyk mostly stole food, beverages and clothes by breaking into homes. He was found guilty of exploiting the state of war in connection with aggravated theft. Patyk was sentenced to death in 1942.
