The file contains the verdicts of 11 men living in Prague. They were accused of blackmailing homosexual men in Prague. By working together some of the defendants would find homosexual men before others would then surprise their victim dressed up as police men. By threatening to report the victim's homosexuality they would blackmail their victim for money. In other instances the defendants would search the victim's home dressed up as police men and would steal various items. The defendants were found guilty of blackmail, posing as police men, theft and robbery. The defendants Franz Neužil (born on 29 August 1923 in Frauenberg), Franz Josef Štanzel, Miroslav Brázda, Stanislaus Bejček, Franz Martinec, Alois Řehák and Košek were sentenced to death. Josef Novák was sentenced to 5 years of penitentiary. Wenzel Krlín and Franz Krčmař were sentenced to 6 years of penitentiary. Bohumil Macháček received a sentence of 5 years of juvenile prison.
