The file contains the verdict of Gerhard Neumann (born on 15 November 1895 in Görlitz). He was accused of telling lies that dishonored the German people. Furthermore, the defendant spread treasonous propaganda for groups of social democratic emigrants in the Sudetenland and in other territories for money. He was found guilty of treason in the people's court in Berlin and sentenced to death in 1943.
