The file contains the verdict of Johann Mikan (born on 25 December 1915 in Chacholitz), a farmer living in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The amount of produced grain the farmer reported was below the actual crop. The defendant was accused of keeping 850 kg of his harvest to himself. This act was considered a disturbance of the economy. Mikan was found guilty as a saboteur because he failed to deliver parts of his grain. He was sentenced to death in 1943.
