The file contains the verdict of the defendants mentioned in the following list who were found guilty of re-intsalling short-wave-receivers, attempting to have a short-wave-receiver be re-installed, listening to hostile radio stations or distributing hostile news: Ladislaus Cervinka (born on 11 April 1909 in Brno) – death penalty; Rudolf Totusek (born on 8 June 1908 in Brno) – eight years in a penitentiary; Franz Baroch (born on 4 October 1906 in Eichtisch) – twelve years in a penitentiary; Julius Rehorovsky (born on 11 September 1909 in Moskau) – thirteen years in a penitentiary; Franz Rehorovsky (born on 19 October 1874 in Ossek) – four years in a penitentiary; Karl Krenek (born on 11 June 1893 in Tabor) – thirteen years in a penitentiary; Emil Rendl (born on 24 January 1887 in Pilsen) – twelve years in a penitentiary; Josef Honzik (born on 12 January 1899 in Deyschin) – six years in a penitentiary; Ernst Prazak (born on 9 January 1916 in Pilsen) – fourteen years in a penitentiary; Miloslav Prazak (born on 28 April 1918 in Pilsen) – twelve years in a penitentiary; Josef Boes (born on 25 Janaury 1901 in Pilsen) – eleven years in a penitentiary; Johann Rehor (born 19.7.1895, Pilsen) – four years in a penitentiary.
