The file contains the verdict of Bohumil Koubek (born on 23 October 1919 in Sesemitz), Stanislaus Körner (born on 4 November 1918 in Melnik), Zdenek Cerny (born on 26 September 1923 in Lipnik) and Josef Halir (born on 2 April 1913 in Horitz). The defendants were accused of stealing food cheques. While Josef Halir was acquitted, Zdenek Cerny was punished with six years and three months in a penitentiary and Bohumil Koubek and Stanislaus Körner were sentenced to death.
