The file contains the verdict of Franz Kozak (born on 7 October 1889 in Kbelnitz), Franz Sima (born on 22 December 1896 in Kremsier), Antonie Kozak (born on 9 May 1895 in Darsau) and Franziska Jandourek (born on 6 January 1885 in Wolanitz). The main defendant Franz Kozak was found guilty of trying to re-install his short-wave-receiver, Thus, he was punished with five years in a penitentiary. Franz Sima was found guilty of helping Franz Kozak and sentenced to three years in a penitentiary. Antonie Kozak and Franziska Jandourek were acquitted.
