The file contains the various letters, judicial documents and the verdict of Josef Houda (born on 4 June 1915 in Pikow), Franz Holis (born on 15 January 1915 in Ober-Ellgoth), Marie Holis (born on 18 June 1918 in Klein-Chiska), Emilie Fleschkot (born on 4 November 1891 in Piskova-Lhota). The defendants were found guilty of accomodating and/or helping an enemy of the Reich, a former social-democratic official called Jaroslaus Eisner. While Josef Houda, Franz Holis and Emilie Fleschkot were sentenced to death Marie Holis got away with five years in a penitentiary.
