The file contains the verdict of Josef Gebert (born on 13 March 1896 in Sbratschin). On 15 July 1943 – shortly after the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich – authorities searched the defendant's house and found a Walter P38 pistol with four bullets. The defendant received the pistol as a guarantee of payment from a subtenant in 1936. Josef Gebert was found guilty of illegally possessing a weapon and sentenced to death.
