Scope and Content

The file contains a transcript entitled as 'Widerhandlung gegen das Gesetz betr. die Schundliteratur'. This transcript from the 14th of May 1935 shows on 68 pages details of the Bern trial. Especial the report by Fleischhauer and his excessive way of proving the Protocols as authentic are explained in this transcript. At the end of this transcript the verdict of Walter Meyer is presented.
