The file contains a report of the trial from 1938. It staes that state prosecutor Weltli claims that Toedtli is a German spy providing information to Fleischhauer of the Welt-Dienst who passes it to official Germany. A note that Lifschitz who is the lawyer of thye joint plaintiff Loosli proves the connection between the National Front and official Germany in a seperate expose. The file contains the verdict from 1938. Toedtli is found guilty. An typed article from the newspaper "Berner Tagwacht" from 1939. The article is about Toedtli coming back from Germany, to where he fled and his arrest upon arrival. His return is connected to a supposed change in the Nazi politics towards Stalin and as a consequence to the Belarussian fascists that Toedtli advocated.
