Scope and Content
The file contains informations regarding the protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, which was fomally created on 16 March 1939. All reports are dealing with the situation in the protectorate and the refusal of the Nazi regime and the disappointment of the German-Soviet non-aggression pact. Orders have been given that German soldiers have to be always in groups of at least 4 soldiers and that their families have been sent home as a precaution. One of the reports is discussing the transfer of the Slovakian Gold to Germnay. Furthermore the resistance of the Slovacs, in paticular the situation of General Rudolf Viest has been also discussed, as he was a Slovak military leader, who fled to france and become member of the Czechoslovak government in exile. The SlovacianAlso the situation in the Czech Republic, where they have been also a refusal of the Nazi regime reported, can be seen. Several Anti-Nazi movements and actions have been tried which resulted in a shooting with several deads. Afterwards all the important points in the cities have been guided by the German army.
