Letter from Nikolai Markov to Todtli, written in Paris, on October 30, 1934. Markov declares himself an antisemite, and says he does possess material that can aid Todtli in the Bern trials. He says time is short and discusses a brochure he prepared in whic he explains that the Jews are nearing the completion of the programme laid out in the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, and hopes it can be translated and distributed. A translation-summary in French is provided on Page 3.
