Scope and Content
Order to the soldiers and employees of USSR navy while they are on leave. Orders include obligation to carry a pass issued at place of service, obligation to register on location of leave and obligation to contact closest military department immediately in case of delay on return from leave, as well as the prohibition to take jobs in any other department or organization while on leave.
