Documents regarding the need of the Institut für Ständewesen that promoted a corporate state and therefor had many prominent opponents. A letter of the institute to Lammers asking for a statement of Hitler about the institute after the advicer for economy Keppler stated that the institute is unnecessary. Another letter to Lammers reports about an incident in Hamburg, where a lecturer of the institute was banned by the chamber of commerce. A letter of Goering to Lammers with an attached report of Thyssen for Hitler. Thyssen defends the institute and calls the criticism libels.
