Scope and Content
Documents regarding the libel suit of Leonhard against Loosli. The libel suit is based on Looslis claim that the Swiss Front is aided by the Germans. Among the documents a 21 page response of the lawyer of Leonhard, Ruef, regarding the charges and a 23 pages statement regarding statements of Lifshitz and evidence for the libel. Among the documents a letter of Lifshitz, the lawyer of Loosli with a request to hear the witness Siegrist and statements regarding evidence of financal transactions of Fleischhauer. The file also contains an urgent request to include newly found evidence about financal transactions that were seized at Fink. It also contains a letter of Lifshitz to the judge with a listing of documents that were handed over.
