Scope and Content
Libel suit against Loosli. Leonhardt sued Loosli for claiming druring the Bern Trial that the fascist Swiss Front is is financed by the Nazis. The accusation was dropped but in the appeal trial on the next level of jurisdiction Loosli was found guilty.
