Scope and Content
The Bern Trial. Bulletins from 1935 when the trial was resumed. On the first session of the first day expert Prof. Baumgartlinger proved that the Protocolls of the Wise Men of Zion are forged. The following five days are about the expertise of the Antisemite Fleischhauer who claims the Protocols are real. Fleischhauer gives a lot of statements that are all full of antisemitic conspiracy. Several arguments reveal the antisemitic worldview of Fleischhauer. Then an expertise of C.A. Loosli who gives lot of evidence that the Protocolls are fake. End of the hearing of evidence. Plea of attorney Brunschvig who fiercly rejects the conspiracy and the expertise of Fleischhauer. Then a final statement of Baumgarten. Then the plea of Dr. Matti of Swiss Israeli Association of Municipalities. Then plea of the lawyer of the defendant Silvio Schnell. Closing words of two defendants. Then the verdict that the Protocolls of the White Men of Zion are false and explanatory statement. Sentences against the defendants.
