Scope and Content
Second decree about the restriction of residency in the General Goubvernement issued by General Governer Frank on 29.4.41. in German and Polish. Letter from his department to the governors of the districts and sub-district Commanders. The letter is about the implementation of the decree. It states that local administrators can evacuate whole villages only in accordance with the district governors. Decree about the restriction of residency of Jews in the Cracow region and decree about the restriction of residency of Jews in the Warsaw disrict in German and Polish. A document about trials against Jews violating the restrictions in Warsaw asking for better and faster conviction. Signed by the administrator of Warsaw, Leist. Call of Fischer to the people of the district Warsaw to collaborate against the Jews violating the restrictions. Letter of the administrator of Siedlce complaing that Jews flee the Warsaw Ghetto to the countryside and call to seal the ghetto.
