Scope and Content
The file contains a report on the development of legislation in national socialist Germany by Prof. Dr. Noack. In 1937 and 1938, Dr. Noack was a professor at the University of Halle. He argues that national socialist legislation of the existing legal standards, in accord to the new philosophy of life (Weltanschauung) had to start with constructing a totally new legal system. He devided his report into three parts based on the political (constitutional) law, the first one is concerning the 'one Reich", the second 'one people' and the third 'one Führer (leader). The idea is, that everything become a united nation again under one leader.
