The file contains an announcement of Dr. Theodor Heckel, head of the External Church Relations Office of the German Protestant Church (DEK), for an active commitment against the rising propaganda on the balkan. Particular in Bulgaria, Yugoslavia and Romania. He commands arrangements for an anti-Bolshevism and Church-neutral propaganda. In his announcement he mentioned three steps that have to be done. First flyer for the population has to be printed and shared, second anti-Bolshevis training courses has to be given and third anti-Bolshevism film footage has to be shown in the balkan states.
