The file contains protocols, reports and memoranda issued either officially or internally during the 1936 and 1937 World Jewish Congress meetings by working groups and the organization itself. Moreover the file contains open editorials and proposed resolutions regarding a planned boycott of the German economy and German goods in an effort of economic defense of European Jewry.
