Confidental distribution of a transcription in extracts by the office of the representative of the Minister for the Occupied Territories in the East. Transcription in extracts of a confidental protocoll of a meeting of the Realm Commissioner "Ostland" (occupied Baltic states and Belarus) with the regional Commissioners of Latvia (Drechsler), Estonia (Litzmann), Lithuania (von Renteln) and Belarus (Kube) and senior administrators in Riga. The protocoll conludes that the civil administration pushes for an organized solution for the Jewish Question and a "correct" mass executions.
