The file contains a Memorandum which shows an overview of the Nazi occupation in Czechoslovakia concerning the economical and cultural situation of the population from 1939 till 1945. Furthermore numbers and details have been given, for example how much the population of jewish denomination has been decreased and how much war damage has been caused by the Nazis. Therefore Mr. Frischer shows in detail how much money will be needed to repair and reconstruct the jewish communities.
