The file contains a letter and a statement regarding the condition of children in Czechoslovakia in 1946. During the war the Czechoslovak Relief Action, within the cooperation of the British Government, succeeded in saving many thousands of lives. None the less the increasingly difficult food situatian is still a big problem in the Czechoslovak Jewish community in 1946. The 'Emergency Council for help for the Children of Czechoslovakia' is asking for further assistance.
