Scope and Content
The file contains a note about the decision to force Jews to work. The note is about an understanding between the chief war administration advisor, section labor, in Riga and the intelligence service SD of the SS. Decision to mark and register Jews and to put them into Ghettos and establish Judenrate to set an stucture for forced labor. The note describes a system of rules and administrative responsibilties for forced labor. Also in the file orders for Jews in Riga from the commissioner of Riga. The Jews are ordered to wear a yellow star of David. List of movement limitations and work bans.
