The File contains a memorandum regarding the situation of the Jews in Germany and Austria since the advent of National Socialist rule in Germany from 1933 onward. The memorandum contains the antisemitic legislation enacted against Jewish citizens in Germany and Austria. Furthermore it contains information on the situation of Jews in Poland and Eastern Europe as well as discussions of possible areas for relocation, among them Palestine.
