Scope and Content
The file contains scans of several circular letters, sent to the leaders of immigrants labor camps in Switzerland. Beside a compulsory english course for the inmates or holiday entitlements, the correspondence deals with the camps supply of food, toiletries or clothings as well as instructions for the handeling of several insurances and further bureaucracy. The instructions were given out by the Central Labor Camp Administration in Zurich and were mostly signed by the head of the Central Administration Otto Zaugg.
