DALJEWCIB Correspondence regarding the non-availability of Manchurian transit-visa and entry permits through Manchurian dipomatic channels in Germany. Furthermore the prospect is mentioned that Mandchukuo might not be willing to let European refugees into its territory. However, refugees arriving at the Soviet-Manchurian border station are granted entry permits and permanent residency permits if they manage to aquire work and establish residence within 20 days of their arrival.
