Scope and Content

The report gives an overview of anti-Jewish incitement in different countries before, during and after the Holocaust. Different laws and Penal Codes are mentioned for the following countries: Germany, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, France, Greece, England and the United States of America. Halsbury's Laws of England: The Halsbury's Law defines offences against public tranquility and sedition. It describes seditious intention, differentiates between oral and written sedition and seditious conspiracy.
