The file contains a newspaper article from an unknown newspaper concerning Boris Toedtli and the trial against him. He was accused of espionage and sentenced to three months imprisonment. During the house search carried out on November 13, 1936, documents were found showing his cooperation with a foreign intelligence service and the forwarding of information to the latter.
