Scope and Content
Series of letters from the Union Suisse des Communautés Israélites to the lawyer Oskar Meyer concerning the translation of Russian police archives into French, and the Archives Israélites of 1861. Additionally there is a letter addressed to Saly Meyer by the Information Committee concerning a publication of the Russkoe Znami︠a︡ and the publication of the protocols. Additionally attached to the letters is a text of the appeal to the Alliance Israélite Universelle from 1861 and an extract of discourse by Louis J. Körnigswarter of the Alliance Israélite Universelle.
