The file contains a translation from a Russian original document into German. The documents was translated in 1934 as evidence for the Bern trail. The original document was published in Russian in 1902. The document is an anti-Semitic pamphlet. It describes how the Zionist community, in 929 BC, developed an alleged theoretical-political plan to conquer the world. This plan has been further developed and supplemented during time. From this emerged the alleged Protocols of the Wise of Zion, which describes how the Zionists / Wise Men conquer the world, according to the pamphlet. Furthermore, historical events are associated with this plan and events attributed to the alleged Jewish conquest.
