The file contains a copy of an excerpt of an letter in French of Tatjana Fermor to L. Fry from 1921 about a series of articles of Du Chayla in the Russian magazine Posledin Novosti (Dernieres Nouvelles) about the origin of the protocols. The letter was published by Fry in 1931.
