The file contains several documents from the years 1934-1936 concerning antisemitic propaganda and informations, as well as correspondences about the Bern trial. Documents regarding Fleischhauer's appearance at the court, his theses, statements and evidence can be seen. Furthermore documents discussing Fleischhauer's credibility, authenticity of evidence and scientific work are attached. Also handwritten notes can be seen. The document about the motives of the judgment deals also with the methods of the 3 experts, their credibility and their argumentation during the Bern trial.
