Scope and Content
The file contains the 12th and 13th Bulletin from a series of Bulletins dealing with events in the Bern trial. It has been published by the Swiss Federation of Jewish Communities in Switzerland. This Bulletin is regarding the eighth day of trial on the 7th of Mai 1935. Since autumn 1934 the trial has been prepared in order to hear the case of the 'Protocols of the Wise man of Zion'. At this day the 12th and 13th sessions were opened by judge Walter Meyer. It is written in the Bulletin that on this day the expert Looslo finally got the opportunity to present his expertise as Fleischhauer was talking 5 days. First Loosli read a statutory declaration of Graves, who in 1921 unmasked the falsification of the 'Protocols' in the Times. He further declared the 'Protocols of the Elders of Zion' as a plagiarism and a forgery and explained in detail why. He also responded to the questions given by the judge regarding the authenticity of the 'Protocols'.
