The file contains the record of the 1st Criminal Division of the Supreme Court of the Canton of Bern. This meeting of 16th of March 1938 presents the trial against Karl Albrecht Lossli for libel. Loosli was one of the experts in the Bern trial, where he presented his expertise regarding the authenticity of the Protocols of the Wise man of Zion in which he expressed, that the Nationale Front Schweiz is financed by the third Reich. Following this, the National Front Office has filed a criminal complaint against Loosli for defamation.
