Scope and Content
The file contains the protocol of the fourteenth session of the Bern trial on the 8th of May 1935 in the morning. After the president, judge Walter Meyer, opened the session Fleischhauer started to speak about an incident which happened the day before. He got attacked by someone present in the trial and was referring to Meyer in order to handle this incident. Walter Meyer on the other hand did not wish to put too much attention to the incident, as this might have been done by a 'Dummkopf'. After that Loosli continued his expertise statement, which he started in the twelfth session in the morning on the day before. He continued to answer the questions given by president Walter Meyer to every expert regarding the authenticity of the "protocols'. In addition he questions the testimonies of Du Chayla, and explained in detail the testimonies and informations of Ratschkowsky and Lutostansky. He also uses other conspiracy theories to point out that the 'Protocols of the wise man of Zion' are nothing else but a forgery. The session finished at 11.20 am.
