Scope and Content
The file contains the protocol of the ninth session of the Bern trial on the 3rd of May 1935 at 2.30 pm. After the president, judge Walter Meyer, opened the session Fürsprecher Ursprung started to explain his absence the day before at the court, as he traveled to Germany in order to discuss the article in the 'Alemannen', which was regarding the Bern trial. On his request a rectification will be printed today. Fürsprecher Ursprung hoped that the article in the 'Alemannen' would be now of no further concern. Then Fleischhauer continued his expertise statement and once again questioned the testimonies of former Jewish witnesses, continued to discredit Loosli and his expertise, and insisted on the authenticity of the Protocols of the wise man of Zion. The ninth session finished at 4.40 o'clock in the afternoon.
