An article in the information brochure of the Alliance Israelite Universelle, Paix et Droit, about the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. The article describes the history of the protocols, the dubiousness of their provenance, Nilus and his contributions, their potential sources - including Joly - and the conspiracy of their distribution. The article attributes the responsibility for their spreading and authorship to the Okhrana. The article also provides a brief chapter-by-chapter summary of the Protocols.
