- Markov, N. E. (Nikolaĭ Evgenʹevich), 1866-1945
Scope and Content
The file contains further remarks by Nikolai Markov, about the expert opinion of Loosli. He cites multiple authorities and men of letters in order to prove that the Jews have developed a sinister plan which they are attempting to fulfill for the last 2500 years, and that Nikolaĭ II was fully informed of the Jewish situation, thus needing neither influencing nor convincing. He claims the pogroms were a result of rebellion against the reign of terror instituted by powerful Jews.
