Scope and Content
The file contains several correspondences between Dr. Lifschitz and several other people, amongst others Fleischhauer and Loosli, as well as with newspapers and banks, all regarding the Bern trial and based on that the gathering of more informations and evidences. Other letters regarding informations about Prof. Carl Burckhard and Alfred Wiener, also letters regarding banktransfers of Lifschitz and collegues of him are attached. In addition the newspaper 'Die Nation- Unabhängige Zeitung für Demokratie und Volksgemeinschaft' in Bern, asked Lifschitz to sent them some documents so they would be able to print a big story. Also letters can be seen, which were adressed to Lifschitz included with protocols and material of the Bern trial. Furthermore Lifschitz wrote to the 'Neuen Züricher Zeitung' that they have been informed wrong about Loosli and other informations regarding the Bern trail, that he would be happy to prove their and his knowlegde. He wanted that the newspaper is publishing the truth and not some forgery. Also letters in French and Russian as well as from the Jewish help organisation Bern adressed to Lifschitz are contained.
